Convoy is for people who love to drive, and love to drive together.
Questions, problems, or something to report? Email us and a person will reply.

Email us at the address above and a person will reply, usually within a day. Tell us your Convoy username (never your password) and what happened. You can also send a report from inside the app: Settings → Report an Issue.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password? and enter your username or your recovery email. We email a six-digit code to the recovery address on your account; type it in with your new password. This works if you added and verified a recovery email in Settings → Account. If you never added one, write to us from the address you would like to use and tell us your username.
Add or verify a recovery email
Signing up never needs an email. To be able to reset a forgotten password, open Settings → Account → Recovery Email, add your address, tap Send Verification Code and type in the code we email you. It is used only for those codes and is never shown to anybody.
Delete your account
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. It removes your profile, garage, runs, posts and messages, and cannot be undone. If you can no longer sign in, email us from your recovery address with your username and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.
Report a post, comment, person or message
Tap the ••• on a post or comment, the flag on somebody's profile or in a conversation, or press and hold a message. Choose what is wrong and send it. A person reads every report within 24 hours; content that breaks the rules is removed and the account that posted it is suspended or closed. Nobody is told who reported them.
Block somebody
Open their profile and tap Block. Neither of you can message the other or send a friend request, and if you were friends, that ends. They are not told.
Why Convoy uses your location in the background
Only while a run you joined is going, so the rest of the crew can see where the group is with your screen off. It stops when the run ends. You can change this at any time in the iPhone's Settings → Convoy → Location.
Police areas on the map
The blue circles come from public open data published by the city and from reports by people on runs. They are there for awareness. Always drive within the law, and never use the app in a way that takes your attention off the road — let a passenger handle it.
Tips
Tips are optional, are paid through the App Store, and unlock nothing — every feature stays free for everybody. Convoy never sees your payment details. For a refund, use Apple's "Report a Problem" page for your purchase.
Notifications are not arriving
Check Settings → Notifications in Convoy, then the iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Convoy. Make sure you are signed in, and open the app once after an update.
